Backend with a
systems lens.
This page fills in the context behind the projects: how I think about systems, what I'm trying to learn, and the work that shaped how I operate.
I'm a Computer Science student building backend systems, distributed infrastructure, and research-oriented software that has to make sense under load, under failure, and under review.
A lot of my work is shaped by the same instincts: make state transitions explicit, make behavior testable, and make failure easier to reason about than success-path demos usually allow.
That has led me toward release governance, Raft-based storage, financial ledgers, schedulers, AI robustness research, and open-source contributions across larger public codebases.
- Roles Software engineering internships with backend or platform depth
- Interests Scalable systems, software reliability, and applied AI
- Working style Clear communication, explicit tradeoffs, pragmatic execution
